What is dental sedation?

Most dental cleanings, xrays, fillings, extractions, or crowns can be done in a dental office in multiple visits.

There are some cases where the child (or adult) cannot tolerate the extent or has special circumstances and needs the help of sedation.

There are many different types and levels of sedation. Our MD anesthesiologist will provide general anesthesia in a surgery center to keep your child safe and comfortable throughout the dental treatment. All dental treatment will be completed in this appointment.
