How it Works
Our cozy process from the initial patient referral to the patient receiving treatment.
1) A referral is submitted
A dentist or physician refers a patient that needs sedation for the completion of dental work.
This can be a variety of cases including young children, high anxiety, inability to cooperate, or patients with special needs.
2) The dental examination
Our team of dentists will examine the patient and form a tentative treatment plan at the RootMD office location.
3) Surgery is scheduled
Once the child is cleared for surgery, Sleepy Teeth will communicate this to the Apollo Surgery Center and they will contact the patient for updated information and will schedule a date for surgery.
4) The treatment
Our team will treat the patient at the Apollo Surgery Center.
5) Follow up
Sleepy Teeth may recommend a follow up visit. Then, the patient will be referred back to their regular dentist for future cleanings and exams.
